* [PATCH] Documentation: Fix duplicated words

Remove duplicated words in three documentation files:
- "in in" -> "in" (switchdev.rst)
- "The the" -> "The" (dmx-reqbufs.rst)
- "on on" -> "on" (user_mode_linux_howto_v2.rst)
