Maybe dev_internal_queue_oob? The use of 'internal' is a little
unfortunate, because it may be read as RQ run out of internal buffers.
Rather than special type of queue run out of buffers.
But not knowing the HW I don't really have any great suggestions :(
Either of the above would work as well.

Whenever a parent requests to generate mdev alias, generate a mdev
alias.
It is an optional attribute that parent can request to generate
for each of its child mdev.
mdev alias is generated using sha1 from the mdev name.

To have consistent naming for the netdevice of a mdev and to have
consistent naming of the devlink port [1] of a mdev, which is formed using
phys_port_name of the devlink port, current UUID is not usable because
UUID is too long.

UUID in string format is 36-characters long and in binary 128-bit.
Both formats are not able to fit within 15 characters limit of netdev
name.

It is desired to have mdev device naming consistent using UUID.
So that widely used user space framework such as ovs [2] can make use
of mdev representor in similar way as PCIe SR-IOV VF and PF representors.

Hence,
(a) mdev alias is created which is derived using sha1 from the mdev name.
(b) Vendor driver describes how long an alias should be for the child mdev
created for a given parent.
(c) Mdev aliases are unique at system level.
(d) alias is created optionally whenever parent requested.
This ensures that non networking mdev parents can function without alias
creation overhead.

This design is discussed at [3].

An example systemd/udev extension will have,

1. netdev name created using mdev alias available in sysfs.

This patchset enables mdev core to maintain unique alias for a mdev.

Patch-1 Introduces mdev alias using sha1.
Patch-2 Ensures that mdev alias is unique in a system.
Patch-3 Exposes mdev alias in a sysfs hirerchy.
Patch-4 Extends mtty driver to optionally provide alias generation.
This also enables to test UUID based sha1 collision and trigger
error handling for duplicate sha1 results.

In future when networking driver wants to use mdev alias, mdev_alias()
API will be added to derive devlink port name.

* [PATCH V2 net 1/2] openvswitch: Properly set L4 keys on "later" IP fragments

When IP fragments are reassembled before being sent to conntrack, the
key from the last fragment is used.  Unless there are reordering
issues, the last fragment received will not contain the L4 ports, so the
key for the reassembled datagram won't contain them.  This patch updates
the key once we have a reassembled datagram.

The handle_fragments() function works on L3 headers so we pull the L3/L4
flow key update code from key_extract into a new function
'key_extract_l3l4'.  Then we add a another new function
ovs_flow_key_update_l3l4() and export it so that it is accessible by
handle_fragments() for conntrack packet reassembly.

Only the first fragment in a datagram contains the L4 headers.  When the
Open vSwitch module parses a packet, it always sets the IP protocol
field in the key, but can only set the L4 fields on the first fragment.
The original behavior would not clear the L4 portion of the key, so
garbage values would be sent in the key for "later" fragments.  This
patch clears the L4 fields in that circumstance to prevent sending those
garbage values as part of the upcall.

There is something wrong with the clock on the computer you are

this is the fifth version of changes for the Topaz/Peridot family of
switches. The patches apply on net-next.
Changes since v4:
 - added Reviewed-by and Tested-by tags on first 2 patches, the others
   are changed are affected by changes in patch 3/6, so I did not add
   the tags, except for 5/6, which is just macro renaming
 - patch 3 was changed: the serdes_get_lane returns 0 on success (lane
   was discovered), -ENODEV if not lane is present on the port, and
   other error if other error occured. Lane is put into a pointer of
   type u8
 - patches 4 and 6 were affected by this (error detecting from
   serdes_get_lane)
 - Andrew's complaint about the two additional parameters
   (allow_over_2500 and make_cmode_writable) was addressed, by Vivien's
   advice: I put a new method into chip operations structure, named
   port_set_cmode_writable. This is called from mv88e6xxx_port_setup_mac
   just before port_set_cmode. The method is implemented for Topaz.
   The check if cmodes over 2500 should be allowed on given port is now
   done in the specific port_set_cmode() that requires it, thus the
   allow_over_2500 argument is not needed

Again, tested on Turris Mox with Peridot, Topaz, and Peridot + Topaz.

The mv88e6390_serdes_irq_link_sgmii IRQ handler reads the SERDES PHY
status register to determine speed, among other things. If cmode of the
port is set to 2500base-x, though, the PHY still reports 1000 Mbps (the
PHY register itself does not differentiate between 1000 Mbps and 2500
Mbps - it thinks it is running at 1000 Mbps, although clock is 2.5x
faster).
Look at the cmode and set SPEED_2500 if cmode is set to 2500base-x.
Also tell mv88e6xxx_port_setup_mac the PHY interface mode corresponding
to current cmode in terms of phy_interface_t.

This patch moves the functions operating on the hidden debug registers
into it's own file, port_hidden.c. The functions prefix is renamed from
mv88e6390_hidden_ to mv88e6xxx_port_hidden_, to be consistent with the
rest of this driver. The macros are prefixed with MV88E6XXX_ prefix, and
are changed not to use the BIT() macro nor bit shifts, since the rest of
the port.h file does not use it.

We also add the support for setting the Block Address field when
operating hidden registers. Marvell's mdio examples for SERDES settings
on Topaz use Block Address 0x7 when reading/writing hidden registers,
and although the specification says that block must be set to 0xf, those
settings are reachable only with Block Address 0x7.

By adding an additional serdes_get_lane implementation (for Topaz), we
can merge the implementations of other SERDES functions (powering and
IRQs). We can skip checking port numbers, since the serdes_get_lane()
methods inform if there is no lane on a port or if the lane cannot be
used for given cmode.

Currently we support SERDES on the Topaz family in a limited way: no
IRQs and the cmode is not writable, thus the mode is determined by
strapping pins.

Marvell's examples though show how to make cmode writable on port 5 and
support SGMII autonegotiation. It is done by writing hidden registers,
for which we already have code.

This patch adds support for making the cmode for the SERDES port
writable on the Topaz family, via a new chip operation,
.port_set_cmode_writable, which is called from mv88e6xxx_port_setup_mac
just before .port_set_cmode.

SERDES IRQs are also enabled for Topaz.

Tested on Turris Mox.

Create a serdes_get_lane() method in the mv88e6xxx operations structure.
Use it instead of calling the different implementations.
Also change the methods so that their return value is used only for
error. The lane number is put into a place referred to by a pointer
given as argument. If the port does not have a lane, return -ENODEV.
Lanes are phy addresses, so use u8 as their type.

This is a cosmetic update. We are removing the last underscore from
macros MV88E6XXX_PORT_STS_CMODE_100BASE_X and
MV88E6XXX_PORT_STS_CMODE_1000BASE_X. The 2500base-x version does not
have that underscore. Also PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_ macros do not have it
there.

Presumably this card contains a crypto accelerator? Does it have any

Before we proceed - are you able to reproduce this issue with an
pure upstream kernel? It seems the kernel in the BUG report is tainted.

* [PATCH v5 net-next 00/18] ionic: Add ionic driver

This is a patch series that adds the ionic driver, supporting the Pensando
ethernet device.

In this initial patchset we implement basic transmit and receive.  Later
patchsets will add more advanced features.

Our thanks to Saeed Mahameed, David Miller, Andrew Lunn, Michal Kubecek,
Jacub Kicinski, Jiri Pirko, and the ever present kbuild test robots for
their comments and suggestions.

New in v5:
 - code reorganized for more sane layout, with a side benefit of getting
   rid of a "defined but not used" complaint after patch 5
 - added "ionic_" prefix to struct definitions and fixed up remaining
   reverse christmas tree formatting (I think I got them all...)
 - ndo_open and ndo_stop reworked for better error recovery
 - interrupt coalescing enabled at driver start
 - unnecessary log messaging removed from events
 - double copy added in the module prom read to assure a clean copy
 - added BQL counting
 - fixed a TSO unmap issue found in testing
 - generalize a bit-flag wait with timeout
 - added devlink into earlier code and dropped patch 19

New in v4:
 - use devlink struct alloc for ionic device specific struct
 - add support for devlink_port
 - fixup devlink fixed vs running version usage
 - use bitmap_copy() instead of memcpy() for link_ksettings
 - don't bother to zero out the advertising bits before copying
   in the support bits
 - drop unknown xcvr types (will be expanded on later)
 - flap the connection to force auto-negotiation
 - use is_power_of_2() rather than open code
 - simplify set/get_pauseparam use of pause->autoneg
 - add a couple comments about NIC status data updated in DMA spaces

New in v3:
 - use le32_to_cpu() on queue_count[] values in debugfs
 - dma_free_coherent() can handle NULL pointers
 - remove unused SS_TEST from ethtool handlers
 - one more case of stop the tx ring if there is no room
 - remove a couple of stray // comments

 - removed debugfs error checking and cut down on debugfs use
 - remove redundant bounds checking on incoming values for mtu and ethtool
 - don't alloc rx_filter memory until the match type has been checked
 - free the ionic struct on remove
 - simplified link_up and netif_carrier_ok comparison
 - put stats into ethtool -S, out of debugfs
 - moved dev_cmd and dev_info dumping to ethtool -d, out of debugfs
 - added devlink support
 - used kernel's rss init routines rather than open code
 - set the Kbuild dependant on 64BIT
 - cut down on some unnecessary log messaging
 - cleaned up ionic_get_link_ksettings
 - cleaned up other little code bits here and there
