Yes, but it won't work if your kernel is recent: when pom-ng starts, you
will not be asked to patch the kernel for ROUTE.

IPTABLES_DIR="/path/to/iptables-source" \
KERNEL_DIR="/path/to/kernel-source" \
./runme --download
