If any of the IPQ library developers are listening I'd like to say thank 
you for this great functionality which has allowed me to easily develop 
a packet scheduler for wireless (or potentially any) networks.

If anyone wants to see how it's done, or at least how I did it, see 
Frottle at http://www.wafreenet.org/?page=frottle for open source.
