Hi All,

In an effort to provide some guidance to people who use mailing lists
I've created a short list of guidelines. Some of you may have seen parts
of this in my previous "Jeff's Rules" posting.

http://www.ubaight.com/JeffsRules

If you wish you may quote them, share them, link to the page, or ignore
them altogether. I welcome any comments, suggestions, or criticisms.

Jeff
