Hello,
http://www.netfilter.org/events.html is very old, I suggest you to 
install slashcode (slashdot's software) to cover all news pages, many 
people will submit "stories", and admins only have to click "approve", 
it'll reduce the work for webmasters and make the website better place 
to communicate.
BTW, POM base (http://www.netfilter.org/patch-o-matic/pom-base.html) and 
POM extra page (http://www.netfilter.org/patch-o-matic/pom-extra.html) 
have their links broken, the <a name="xxxxx"> are lost so the links at 
top of the page link to nowhere.
