Hello,

I wish to install a netfilter firewall in my organization and I decided to
use the following applications for:

	Firewall
		- Iptables
	Management
		- Webmin + shorewall

Does anybody know a tool for logging connections on the fly and generate a
log report?
I need to see what connections is going from and to my firewall and its
users? Does it have a tool for the web?

regards

Leonardo Borda.

Hello,

Take a look at Ntop, http://www.ntop.org/ . VEry interesting package that
will give you tremendeous of information in real time via a Web Browser...and
you don't even need to install Apache, everything is built-in. However, you
can't manipulate the tables with that. You may want to investigate IpCop for
this task. http://ipcop.org/

    Good luck,

Eric
