Ah - thanks - I am SURE I tried that.....

Anyway this now works with:

$IPTABLES -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o ${INET_IFACE} -s $DMZ_MAIL_IP -p
tcp --dport 25 -j SNAT --to-source $MAIL_INET_ALIAS
