[PATCH] fix up eglibc-utils description to match what is actually included

[PATCH] fix up eglibc-utils description to match what is actually included

iconf must have been a typo for iconv
rpcinfo is found elsewhere (currently rpcbind) and not eglibc-utils - replace its mention with
rpcgen
