[PATCH] linux-yocto/5.8: disable CONFIG_NFS_DISABLE_UDP_SUPPORT

Some of our tests may run NFS over UDP, so we don't want udp
support disabled.

Turn off that setting, and we can revisit if any side effects
are noticed.
