u-boot-project.org domain.

Change the HOMEPAGE entry accordingly.

We have a website at u-boot-project.org, maybe point to that instead of 
the docs directly?

Otherwise, this patch is much welcome as Denx the company doesn't exist 
anymore and we don't know for how long that URL will be redirecting to 
the docs.
