[PATCH 2/3] cups_1.4.6.bb: Fix build on ppc64

[Khem Raj]

ppc64 uses lib64 and usr/lib64 for library paths
so we need to train cups build system

[PATCH 3/3] libcgroup_0.37.1.bb: Add recipe

[Khem Raj]

This recipe is imported from meta-oe its a requirement for
systemd to work. Now that systemd is living in a layer of
its own. Lets have this recipe into core metadata

Why do you need this? If you really do need it, you must use INSANE_SKIP and 
not ERROR_QA here.
