  apparently, i still don't have a handle on the correct mailing list
for particular patch submissions -- where's the explanation as to what
goes where?

  in particular, i want to submit some cleanups for some oe-core
packagegroup recipe files, which list does that go to? thanks. i'll
figure this out eventually.
