[PATCH] drm/gpuvm: rust: add RUST_DRM_GPUVM option to Kconfig

Since Rust uses GPUVM via the kernel crate, which is built-in, the GPUVM
module must also be built-in to use GPUVM from Rust. Adjust the Kconfig
settings accordingly.
