Please consider applying

commit fc61e83a29308601e6e8a0759e24fc8fe2122692
watchdog: Revert "iTCO_wdt: all versions count down twice"

to 4.13-stable and 4.12-stable. If this patch is missing, some systems
silently reboot when the watchdogs fires prematurely.

Only 4.12 and 4.13 are affected.

https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=196509

Thanks,
Martin

Sounds good to me. Unfortunately I didn't know it was a recent
regression when I made the patch, as I had never used iTCO_wdt before.
