If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

I've dropped the agilex part because 4b36daf9ada3 ("arm64: dts: agilex:
Add initial support for Intel's Agilex SoCFPGA") doesn't exist in
kernels older than 5.4. Queued for all trees.
