Subject: [PATCH 6.1.y v2 04/18] perf list: Fix -Wdiscarded-qualifiers under C23
Date: Mon, 11 May 2026 12:40:37 +0530	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20260511071051.537859-5-yesshedi@gmail.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20260511071051.537859-1-yesshedi@gmail.com>

builtin-list.c:104:31: warning: assignment discards 'const' qualifier
from pointer target type [-Wdiscarded-qualifiers]
  104 |                 else if ((sep = strchr(argv[i], ':')) != NULL) {

glibc >= 2.42 defaults to -std=gnu23, which promotes
    -Wdiscarded-qualifiers to an error.
