Thanks for your patches -- about the status, I originally intended to have it 
complete for 4.5, however since a lot of rework/refactoring went into that 
latest pull request I simply waited it out.

I'll cc you on the next update.

Shall/may I squash your patches into the next version?

Of course it will and has to be broken up - however quite recently larger 
parts of tpm_tis were reworked, with several revisions.
I just wanted to "wait out" these changes to be completed to have a stable 
base, since my patch refactors tpm_tis into tpm_tis_common.
