[PATCH v1 0/3] Rename Stratix10 FPGA driver and support Agilex

- Rename Stratix10 FPGA driver to 'Intel FPGA SDM Mailbox'.
- Add watchdog reset when configuring the FPGA.
- Enable 'Intel FPGA SDM Mailbox' for Agilex.
