[PATCH 2/3] mmc: mv_sdhci: Remove CONFIG_MMC_SDHCI_IO_ACCESSORS support

CONFIG_MMC_SDHCI_IO_ACCESSORS is not supported and/or used by this
driver so let's remove these unused parts completely.
