[U-Boot-Users] Ethernet support for FADS823 board..

I suppose your kernel doesn't include these definitions.

The Linux kernel has a commproc.h file very similar to the one in 
u-boot. You will have to add the definitions you find for your board in 
the u-boot file, into the linux version of the same file.

Seems your Linux kernel configuration is broken,  and/or  your  Linux
kernel source does not really support your hardware configuration.

In any case, such a question is off topic on u-boot-users

Now that I am trying to add more features like Ethernet support etc etc..
