Actually, the former link redirect to the later. Unfortunately, that
page is titled "hostapd Linux documentation page", so that users are not
told explicitly that they should run hostapd. Instead, they are
directed to a page that they may consider irrelevant to the problem.
I would prefer if http://wireless.kernel.org/RTFM-AP was a short page
saying that hostapd must be used with mac80211 based drivers even if WPA
is not used.
Also, I would prefer that we phase out the "RTFM", as it may be
offensive to some users. It would be much nicer to say "please use
hostapd to set AP mode".
