there are 2 RS pro with ar9220 interface.
wlan0 IEEE 802.11abgn ESSID:"test"
          Mode:Ad-Hoc Frequency:2.427 GHz Cell: 26:56:B1:2A:08:9C
          Tx-Power=20 dBm
          RTS thr:off Fragment thr:off
          Encryption key:off
          Power Management:off

node 2:
wlan0 IEEE 802.11abgn ESSID:"test"
          Mode:Ad-Hoc Frequency:2.427 GHz Cell: 26:56:B1:2A:08:9C
          Tx-Power=20 dBm
          RTS thr:off Fragment thr:off
          Encryption key:off
          Power Management:off

But the result of iperf is
root at OpenWrt:/# iperf -c 192.168.11.10 -i 5 -t 500

I tested Ubiquti SR71-12 in 802.11n mode with no problems. It's also
AR9220 based.
It's better that you describe the problem rather than look for somebody
who has exactly the same hardware and knows what you are talking about.
