Hello,
I have to develop a RT application.
I have recently discovered xenomai.
Is it possible for you to send me or help find some courses, tutorials
or examples (very well commented) how to develop an application with
xenomai?
Thank You

I don't know how far you've been but if you are starting from scratch,
I would suggest the following;
- read technical articles first: White paper, Life with Adeos and
Native API Tour from xenomai website (http://www.xenomai.org/index.php/Publications
);
- get Xenomai up and running for your board: read the README. INSTALL
file in the Xenomai tree;
- once installed, start using the different testing tools:
<install_dir>/bin (xeno-test);
- finally, check the examples directory: <xenomai>/examples (posix/
satch for instance).
Hope it helps.

Hi ,
The Xenomai web site contains the API description .
I also wanted to find some other kind of tutorial or application notes , and sent a very similiar email , but didn't get a response .
If you do find such documentation can you please publish it on the user group email ?
Good Luck ! ( and sorry I can't help... )
Yigal Goldberger.

Hi,
I have just read that, and find it fine. However, I find that the code
samples do not check the return value of the Xenomai calls. This is a
really bad habit, and I find important for a programming course to teach
the good habit of always checking the return values, not only of Xenomai
services but of all services which do not return void.
Regards.
