There is already a notifier for this. I don't see why the firmware
layer couldn't retrigger a match for all unbound devices, just like
we do when a new driver is loaded.

There is already a notifier for this. I don't see why the firmware
layer couldn't retrigger a match for all unbound devices, just like
we do when a new driver is loaded.
