to the 4.13-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

raid_map calls pers->make_request, which missed the suspend check. Fix it with
the new md_handle_request API.

Nope, this broke the build, so if it should go into 4.13-stable, someone
needs to provide a working version of this :(
