Which repo should I pull from to get the 3.0.2 release?
hg tags on http://xenbits.xensource.com/xen-unstable.hg shows:
3.0.2-branched 9515:d0d3fef37685be264a7f52201f8ef44c030daad3
Is that what I want?

No, you want
http://xenbits.xensource.com/xen-3.0-testing.hg
The tag mentioned above is the point at which the first 3.0.2 prerelease
candidate was branched off xen-unstable into 3.0-testing. There was then a
period of stabilisation in the 3.0-testing branch before 3.0.2 was tagged.
As has been discussed, the 3.0.2 release announcement has been held up,
because Ian Pratt has been ill. Watch this space.
