Convert the typedef'ed 'Scsi_Cmnd' to 'struct scsi_cmnd'.

Last item before 'drivers/scsi/scsi_typedefs.h' can be removed.
Cleaned up checkpatch.pl-errors (so no '> 80 lines'-warning).
