Merge common code between PowerPC and Microblaze. SPARC implements
irq_of_parse_and_map(), but the implementation is different, so it
does not use this code.

Merge common code between PowerPC and Microblaze. SPARC implements
irq_of_parse_and_map(), but the implementation is different, so it
does not use this code.
