Okay. You change the check with oom_unkillable_task at last. 
The oom_unkillable_task is generic function so that the kthread check in
oom_kill_process is tivial, I think.

Okay. You change the check with oom_unkillable_task at last. 
The oom_unkillable_task is generic function so that the kthread check in
oom_kill_process is tivial, I think.
