The force is strong with your agenda... so I put your patches in
#stable/irq.cleanup and merged it in #linux-next.
Was the question that Stefano had answered?
Also tested on dom0, PV, PV+PCI, PVonHVM, PVonHVM+PCI with a 82576 and 82574 Intel NIC.
