Make use of arch_nvram_ops in device drivers so that the nvram_* function
exports can be removed.

Since they are no longer global symbols, rename the PPC32 nvram_* functions
appropriately.

Make use of arch_nvram_ops in device drivers so that the nvram_* function
exports can be removed.

Since they are no longer global symbols, rename the PPC32 nvram_* functions
appropriately.
