Thanks for the fix! I think we should switch to 
NL802154_CMD_SET_WPAN_PHY_NETNS + 1, tho.

The point is to set the value to the cmd number after _currently_ 
last defined command. The meta-value like LAST will move next time
someone adds a command, meaning the validation for new commands will
never actually come.
