But what about BR2_PACKAGE_WPA_SUPPLICANT_DBUS ?
Don't we need to also have:
select BR2_PACKAGE_WPA_SUPPLICANT_DBUS if !BR2_PACKAGE_IWD # runtime
to preserve the same behavior?
