[PATCH 11/11] bitbake-setup: Sort and format imports

The ruff linting tool reported 2 problems:
    I001 Import block is un-sorted or un-formatted
    E402 Module level import not at top of file

An exception is made for sys.path modifications needed to
find the modules.
