* [PATCH] hw/nvme: add SPDM_SOCKET Kconfig dependency

The NVMe emulation code unconditionally calls spdm_socket_*() APIs. Add
a Kconfig dependency to avoid build errors when NVME_PCI is enabled
without SPDM_SOCKET.
