Move below instructions to decodetree specification :

        vsub{u, s}{b, h, w, d}m[.],
        vmuluwm[.],
        vmul10{u, eu, ecu, cu}q[.]       : VX-form

        bcd{add, sub}[.],
        bcd{s, us}[.],
        bcdcpsgn[.],
        bcdct{sq, n}[.],
        bcdcf{sq, z, n}[.],
        bcdctz[.],
        bcdsetsgn[.],
        bcdsr[.],
        bcd{u,}trunc[.]                  : VX-form

The changes were verified by validating that the tcg ops generated by
those instructions remain the same, which were captured with the '-d
in_asm,op' flag.
