Well, I am afraid we can not accept it. I searched the gna.org
administrative interface and could not find any trace of your mail.
In my opinion, you can subscribe to the list and disable mail
distribution, this way you will be able to post without receiving all
xenomai mails.

OK, to recall this message (and lift it to the list):

Paul, Gilles, can we apply the proposed fix to SVN (trunk+2.4.x, I
guess)? Or does it have some downside?

Leo, is this an issue for a specific shell when calling without -n? Or
who does invoke xeno-text with -n so that we run into this error? It's
no problem to comment out the notes, I just want to understand the
background of this report.

Hi,

I hope you don't mind that we move this to the xenomai-core mailing list
with CC, since I fear the same questions will be raised again there at
some point.

The respective debian/control line currently is:

Architecture: amd64 arm i386 ia64 powerpc

At http://packages.qa.debian.org/x/xenomai.html , you can also see the
current status of the different architectures' build daemons (i.e., a
link to the logs).

bye,
  Roland

Anyone tested it? I can just declare it in the Debian package. If it's
untested, maybe I need to dedicate one of the IA64 machines here to
Xenomai... :-)

Ah, I see... that powerpc already failed. :->

Not tested here for a long time unfortunately, which explains the kernel
relic we still use on this arch. I have no Itanium at hand anymore.

Of course... The DEBIAN/control "hackery" is operating on an
architecture independent package (linux-patch-xenomai), while only
building the architecture dependent packages on the build daemons...

Will be fixed in next revision... Thanks for the note!

Roland
