svn 2950 was the last revision we had in the subversion tree on sourceforge. We
have since moved to git on userspace.selinuxproject.org. There was never a
release rolled from that revision in subversion as far as I know. Therefore yes,
it does not officially exist, except as the first checkin to our git tree, and
was not released as stable.
