What if the mapping is too big?  Isn't the whole point of get_ram_size()
that there is less RAM than we say there is?  That is, if there's only 1GB
of RAM, and we do this:

	dram_size = get_ram_size(0, 2GB);

That get_ram_size() will return 1GB?
