Hi all,
I'm trying to get a TP-Link TL-WN722N USB wireless adapter to work in
Access Point mode on the latest stable release of Vyatta community edition.
I'm wondering is this theoretically possible to do on the kernel
linux-image-2.6.37-1-586-vyatta that is installed?
I'm not sure if these features are disabled except in the 3.0 kernels
even if I get the latest tarball from
http://linuxwireless.org/download/compat-wireless-2.6/ and compile the
module.
Also, is the new firmware map
AR9271 - htc_9271.fw
AR7010 - htc_7010.fw
Required? Not sure how I can tell if old firmware is my issue, and not
sure how to load it.

ath9k_htc AP mode should work fine with the latest compat wireless and with
http://linuxwireless.org/download/htc_fw/1.3/
you need to copy to /lib/firmware/

Thanks for the quick response! I successfully compiled the latest
compat-wireless driver but when I went to load them noticed several
errors in dmesg and the interface doesn't actually work. Any clues on
this would be appreciated.

So you built the driver against kernel sources different from the
kernel that you are actually running.
