This would unfortunately only catch people top posting from Outlook or
another client with that way of setting up replies.
Some people even succeed in using Mutt for top postings :-)

This will be hard to do, I'm afraid. Have you tried educating the users
or simply live with it?

Catchhing some would be better than catching none, I think. Especially as
it's the majority.

Was living with it under Mailman. Not pleasant! Bad netiquettse screws up
the archives, but good netiquette and Micro$oft are incompatible, it seems.
