[PATCHv3] recipes-kernel: Add GLSDK specific kernel tree for omap-a15

[Siddharth Heroor]

* Machine compatible with only omap-a15 devices.
* The TI Staging tree will not be used to maintain K3.8. Instead,
  this new tree is set up as a production tree. Pending features
  for 3.8 will be implemented on this tree.
  - Backported features from linux mainline
  - Backported bug-fixes from linux mainline and linux-stable.
  - Features implemented by the GLSDK team which maybe product
    specific.
  This is the tree on which GLSDK kernel releases will be made.
* This recipe is based off the Core SDK 2013.04.02 released kernel
  recipe - recipes-kernel/linux/linux-ti-staging_3.8.bb

    Regenerate the patch using --find-copies-harder -M

v3:

* Set DEFAULT_PREFERENCE = -1. This will be overridden in the
  glsdk branding in meta-arago.
* Set MACHINE_KERNEL_PR_append to 'a+'. The basis for this
  recipe is linux-ti-staging_3.8.bb, but since a new recipe is
  created, we reset.
* Remove comment on Core SDK version to avoid confusion.

BTW, if you don't want the patch changes to show up in the git history, you 
can separate them with a '---' line that is after SOB/CC lines below.

Actually, I ran with --find-copies-harder -M. As you can see in the
patch, it identifies that defconfig is copied over, but doesn't
recognize the kernel recipe is a file copy.

Not sure why git didn't recognize it, but the command was run.

Ah, I see. I guess with the addition of DEFAULT_PREFERENCE line the similarity 
is less than 75% with the original. I believe that is the default threshold, 
which you can lower by passing a parameter to either -M (for renames) or -C 
(for copies):

$ git format-patch -C50% --find-copies-harder -1

You can play with it and decide for yourself - at some point the similarity 
is so low, the differences are larger than the entire new file. Plus git 
starts making mistakes on low similarity copies/renames...

Either way, I will take this patch as is, no need to re-submit.
