Hi,
libxenvchan currently depends on libxenctl for the xc_evtchn_*,
xc_gntshr_* and xc_gnttab_* interfaces.
libxenctrl isn't typically (?) installed into domUs and most of
libxenctrl isn't interesting to domUs.
Would it be useful to split libxenctrl into two halfs? A common part
with APIs useful for domUs and dom0, and another part of only interest
to dom0.
The common part would have to have a stable ABI.
David

Doesn't seem unreasonable to me. libxenevtchn and libxengrant perhaps?
