After adding support for the Berlin BG2Q GPIOs, this series uses the
same GPIO dwapb driver to support the Berlin BG2 and BG2CD GPIOs.

The Berlin BG2 has 32 GPIOs in SoC power domain and 16 in the SM one.
Only the first 8 SM GPIOs have interrupt support.
