wasn't as effective as we had hoped :-(
I suppose the issue is that this patch was only against
src/libxl/libxl_driver.c and not libxl/libxl_domain.c

For some reason the newer xen-unstable flights are using
b963ca06d4b99e8db71c85b8800aae3c99de6bcb despite flight 27845 apparently
having okayed ec7b92257673498d7ba6daa55f9723a421c51da6 which does
contain the fix.

The git push of the updated libvirt in 27845 thought it wasn't
fastforwarding, when clearly b963ca06d4b99e8db71c85b8800aae3c99de6bcb to
ec7b92257673498d7ba6daa55f9723a421c51da6 is. I've just rerun the git
push rune and this time it works.
For the time being we are putting this down to networking gremlins...

Dario's patch re-defined the functions, with the intent of not needing
to adjust all call sites

It's ok, I was mistaken about the cause. Dario's patch and current
libvirt are fine, osstest was using an old libvirt for some reason.
