 This should be $(UCLIBC_TARGET_CONFIGURE) instead of
$(UCLIBC_DIR)/.stamp_configured.

 Actually, I'd prefer the FOO_TARGET_* variables to be removed completely.
However, as long as they exist, I guess they should be used.

 Other than that, looks good to me.
