A quick grep of ath9k shows no support for txbf, but
there were some RFC patches from back in 2010 about this.
Anyone know why this never made it upstream, or did it make
it upstream in a different guise?

I thought this sounded familiar...seems I asked a similar question
a few years ago and got a response...so nevermind unless someone
has done more work on this in the meantime.
