Indeed, but unfortunately including <linux/bitops.h> would give you
include recursion:
arch/mips/include/asm/cpu.h
include/linux/bitops.h
arch/mips/include/asm/bitops.h
arch/mips/include/asm/cpu-features.h
arch/mips/include/asm/cpu.h
and as a result the compiler complains that the various cpu_has_* defs
in arch/mips/include/asm/bitops.h are undeclared.
