Hi folks,
we did run a retrospective at the developer meeting and I am writing up some of my notes.
Regards
Lars
So what did go well
* Best ever code quality (see Andrew Coopers mail)
* New Release Process: fewer release exceptions compared to the past
* This means that most likely the release will be on time
* Many and large new features which made it into the release. To put things in context Xen 4.5 had 1812 commits, and 4.6 had 1974 commits after the push gate cleared.
* More design reviews: and they worked fairly well
* Testing: staging and master being close together for most of the cycle
* New Contributors

This was observed or said by whom? I've certainly got - not
infrequently - a different impression.

I second the query. The 4.6 development period has had two different
occasions when staging and master have been more than a month apart.
The trend is definitely getting worse, not better.

I am not sure: I stepped out for a press interview during the "positives" section.
Stefano took the notes.
Am happy to delete this, if this is not the case.
